Romy Sneep completed her law studies at Utrecht University in 2015. For her theses she focused on bankruptcy fraud and the (international) rules regarding water pollution. In October 2015 Romy was sworn in as a lawyer.
Romy advises and litigates in matters concerning liability law and company law. This includes attachments, debt collection and advice on the interpretation of contracts/agreements. Although she can be a passionate litigator, she will always try to find a suitable and creative solution out-of-court.
Romy started her career as a lawyer with a niche law firm on company law in Amsterdam. Earlier, she worked as a trainee with a criminal law firm in The Hague, where she assisted in a number of complicated criminal and civil fraud cases.
Romy works in the Practice Groups Business and Insurance & Liability.
