The Transport and international trade team focuses on all legal issues concerning international land and sea transport. The wet practice is an international litigation practice. With our 24hr Emergence Responce service, we are always available for urgent matters in the field of transport, port and trade, even outside office hours.

Insurance & Liability

The Practice Group Insurance & Liability has a wealth of experience in dealing with a wide range of cases. The Practice Group Insurance & Liability assists and acts against insurance companies as well as other parties in respect of claims based on e.g. damage of goods, transport damage, personal injury and liability for (professional) faults.

Business

The practice group Business assists clients in all matters pertaining their business. International and national companies seek the expertise of our lawyers on a variety of issues. Wherever necessary, the team cooperates with the specialized lawyers of other practice groups, e.g. Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property Rights and Transport.

Real Estate

Besides their advisory role in drafting development agreements and cooperation agreements, the lawyers of this team litigate before the Dutch Courts and the Court of Arbitration for the Building Industry in the Netherlands. The Practice Group acts for project developers, building contractors, public government agencies and lessors and lessees of real estate.

Employment

Our Practice Group Employment assists both employers and employees. Clients are national and international companies, governmental agencies, professional associations and individuals.
