At DOCK Legal Experts, we feel very strongly about the professional development of our employees. The firm has its own education program. Newly qualified trainee lawyers are intensively coached and given the opportunity to switch between the various departments. Associate lawyers are given the opportunity to study a post-academic course in their chosen specialism. An exchange program within our network firms abroad is also a possibility.
