DOCK Legal Experts places great value to the satisfaction of its customers. Our aim is to serve you in the best possible way. Nevertheless, it may occur that you are not happy with a certain aspect of our service. We have outlined below what you can do if this situation arises.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services or with our invoice, we request you to submit your objections to your lawyer. You may also choose to address Mr R.A.D. Blaauw, one of the partners of our firm. For your convenience, we have drafted a model complaint form, which you may find here. Our firm deals with a complaint in accordance with our Complaints Regulations, which you may find here.

We will consult with you in order to try and find a solution as soon as possible. We will always confirm this solution to you in writing. You will receive our written reaction to your complaint within four weeks.

You may rest assured that we will include all well-founded complaints in the evaluation of our services and that we will do our utmost to prevent a recurrence.
