Claudia started her career at DOCK Legal Experts in 2023. Claudia is active in the practice areas of Insurance & Liability, Employment, and Transport & Trade.
In 2022, Claudia completed the master's in Health Care Law, and in 2021, the master's in Liability & Insurance Law, both at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Since the start of her studies, her primary focus has been liability law. Apart from liability law, employment law is an area of interest to her.
Before and during her studies, Claudia gained extensive experience working in education. This firsthand experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by educational institutions and their employees. As a result, she is well-equipped to provide legal guidance on issues such as employer liability and employment disputes in the education sector, offering practical and effective solutions.
